Fees

Individual Sessions:

For individuals funding their own sessions we change £85 per session, which lasts 50 minutes to an hour. Longer sessions can be arranged if we both agree this would be helpful. 

We aim to be as fair as possible with our cancellation fee, and ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment. If you don’t come to a session, or cancel with under 24 hours notice we charge a cancellation fee of £40.

Supervision:

Standard rate for fully qualified practitioners: £70 per hour/ £100 for 90 minutes

Student rate: £50 per hour

 How many sessions will I need?

This can be tough to answer. What you are looking to get from therapy will be an important factor to consider. Some people may only require a short number of sessions to reach their therapy goal, while for others long term work is needed. We will regularly check in to make sure you are finding the sessions helpful and discuss progress made.
